Field Manager

Our Field Installation Manager is responsible for all aspects of field operations; including financial results, client relations, technician management and quality control. Field Managers supervise activities of employees, (i.e. scheduling, routing, on time guarantee tracking, quality control, customer relations and training). They create a work atmosphere that is positive to promote professionalism in our associates and foster a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction. They are ultimately responsible for these areas as well as job safety, fleet management and staying in compliance with all company policies.

Prior supervisory or management experience is required, preferably in the broadband or telecommunications sector. SCTE and A+ certification are strongly desired. Candidates must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.

All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as a driving record check and criminal background investigation.

Installation Technician

The Installation Technician performs residential, commercial, and multi-dwelling unit installation of phone, video and data services. This includes installations, reconnections, disconnects and changes of service in a safe, courteous and efficient manner to exact client specifications.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working year round outdoors and be able to lift, carry and climb an eighty pound 28’ foot extension ladder. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels or management, technical personnel, clients and the general public are required. Wiring, building trades, and comprehensive computer experience is preferred.

Quality Control and Safety Assurance Technician

The Quality and Safety Assurance Technician is responsible for quality control of all installation and repair work ensuring safety compliance as outlined by company and OSHA directives while providing field training as needed. The QC technician provides technical knowledge, expertise, and assistance to regional trainers and installation technicians and completes accurate and timely documentation and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of installation and training experience. Electronics or cable television coursework is helpful. SCTE and A+ certification are strongly recommended. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels or management, technical personnel, clients and the general public required. Prewire/Postwire Installation Technician

The Prewire/Postwire Installation Technician completes assigned residential and commercial multi-dwelling unit coaxial postwire/prewire, and custom wiring duties as assigned to exact client specifications. The applicant should possess proven skills in the area of wallfische, conduit installation, and the concealment of wire runs.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working year round outdoors and be able to lift, carry and climb an eighty pound 28’ foot extension ladder. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, technical personnel, clients and the general public required. Wiring or building trades experience is preferred. Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating routes through client cable systems and dispatching routes to technicians each day. The Dispatcher will communicate directly with field technicians, customers, and cable system personnel via telephone and two-way radio.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months dispatching, office or clerical experience. Must be able to maintain a high degree of professionalism and act in a courteous manner while interacting with customers, cable technicians and client cable system personnel. Computer knowledge and data entry experience required.
